Regarding oilcloth

It is a characteristic of natural textiles and oilcloth that there will be variations in the weave, colour and texture including occasional slubs and as such claims for irregularities will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To ensure exact colour matching it is advised to order quantities required for future use at one time. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy of colours, because of the limitations of the printing process, variations may occur and colours may not always be exact.
The sample you order may come from a different batch to the material you receive. If an exact match is required, please ask for a sample from the batch you are about to purchase. Screen monitors may portray colours differently. For this reason we offer a free sampling service. A shrinkage rate of 5% is deemed acceptable for fabric and washable oilcloth.
Fitness for purpose: The buyer must satisfy themselves that any product supplied by Norfolk Oilcloth is fit for the purpose for which it is purchased before ordering.
Law and jurisdiction These terms and conditions are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
